Chesterfield Cycle Campaign

Saturday 13th June marks the start of Bike Week 2009. The Campaign will have a stall in New Square between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Our usual range of local cycling information plus Dr Bike will be there to check your bike over.

The Campaign has other events planned for the week,

Tuesday 16th - Information stall in the exhibition corridor at the Royal Hospital.

Wednesday 17th - Cycling information display in the foyer of NE Derbyshire District Councils HQ on Saltergate. Anyone who can meet at the rear of the building between 12.00 and 2.00pm with their bikes are welcome.

Friday 19th - There will be a critical mass ride leaving from the town hall at 5.30pm. Afterwards the campaign will have its pea & pie supper, the ride will leave from the town hall at 6.30pm to go to the Crispin on Ashgate Road. Anyone wishing to come along to the supper should contact the secretary.

Sunday 21st  - Ten mile family ride around the Trans Pennine Trail starting from Tapton Lock at 2.00pm.

Wednesday 24th - Four mile family ride starting from outside the Queen's Park cafe at 6.30pm.
