Chesterfield Cycle Campaign

European Car Free Day Monday September 22nd

Members of the Campaign are gathering for an informal cyclists breakfast outside Organic Heaven in Theatre Yard at 08.00am. Breakfast will consist of croissants and drinks at modest cost! This is a very informal arrangement but if you would like to come along please  reply to this e mail asap. We need to confirm numbers by Thursday afternoon!!

At 11.00am members of the Campaign committee are fitting a bike rack at the Chesterfield Law Centre.

At 5.00pm there will be another Critical Mass starting from outside the town hall. Please pass on to anyone you know who might be interested. Lets try to better the 40 riders that came along last time.

Family Cycle Ride SUNDAY September 28th

We had planned to ride to Rother Valley Country Park, BUT, as you can read below the Trans Pennine Trail is closed for resurfacing around Renishaw, this coupled with the closure and diversion in Staveley has caused this ride to be cancelled.
